The kannada key-board for easy typing without English -- for those children who cannot go beyond 8th std.
It is very simple. But first you need to test your computer and if it passes the test then u can start typing. It is the INSCRIPT keyboard if u look carefully u will notice.
Test ur comp by this method -- Go to start -> setting -> control panel -> Regional and Language -> click
On the drop down menu, the keyboard script is displayed (English, etc.). Look at the different languages on the dropdown menu and select Kannada' (or any Indian Language) if available. Click on the 'Apply' button. See the task bar below change from English to Kannada Option.
This operation has to be done only once.... not repeatedly. Now you can open a word file and choose Kannada option for Kannada keyboard operations. Switch back to English whenever required.
एक खिडकी खुलेगी जिसके ड्रॉप-डाउन मेन्यू पर लिखा होगा - ENG. मेन्यूमें संसारकी बीसियों भाषाएँ मिलेंगी, और यदि kannad भी मिल जाय तो समझो तुम्हारा संगणक परीक्षा पास हो गया। अब kannad क्लिक करो और अप्लाय तथा ओके के बटन भी दबाओ।। ऐसा करते ही संगणकके सबसे नीचेवाली पट्टीपर (टास्क-बार पर) EN दीखने लगेगा और क्लिक करनेपर kannad का ऑप्शन भी मिलेगा।
यह काम केवल सबसे पहली बार करना है -- बारबार नही।
अब पहले वर्ड फाईल खोलकर फिर हिन्दी का ऑप्शन ले आओ और कोई भी कुंजी दबाओ तो kannada...
